Getting your stuff into Drupal (July, 2014)

Getting content from other sources into a Drupal site can be a tricky and time-consuming task. Luckily, there are a number of powerful ways to move content from a variety of formats into Drupal, and this workshop will teach you the ins-and-outs of two of the more widely-used methods: the Feeds module and the Migrate module.

If you are looking forward to tackling the task of getting content from a non-Drupal source into a Drupal site, this 8-hour, split-session online workshop may be just what you're looking for. We'll cover what you need to know and demonstrate how to use these amazing tools.

DrupalEasy's Mike Anello (ultimike) will present this workshop live, via a fully-interactive web-based classroom. The workshop includes a 27-page PDF that includes background information and detailed instructions for the workshop examples. Students will also be provided with sample source data and a custom Drupal module for those that want to follow along with the lesson on their local machine.

Early-bird registration is just $149 for a full 8-hour workshop (and all the awesome DrupalEasy resource materials.)

This split-workshop takes place 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm EDT Tuesday, July 22 and Wednesday, July 23, 2014.
