There actually are a couple of modules to address the problem of IE's limit on the number of CSS files loaded:

Each has a slightly different goal and implementation, so read the descriptions to see which meets your need.

Two good suggested work arounds for the IE issue. I don't suppose you have any handy modules to fix the multi-server with a non-shared files directory issue?

I've looked and I've looked (about 6 months ago) but couldn't find anything.

So, coltrane actually wrote most of the code behind Certified To Rock (though it was all of our work) and c4rl did the theme/javascript work.

And perhaps the most important thing to correct. I'm not a cat person ;)
