How many content entities: Drupal doesn't show a total on these versions. For a rough figure, go to Content, scroll to the bottom, and click the last page number: each page holds 50 items, so multiply the number of pages by 50. Do the same on the People page. If that is more trouble than it's worth, choose Not sure, or ask your site maintainer to run the commands in the Advanced section.
Modules with no Drupal 11 upgrade path: choose Not sure. Then save the Reports > Available updates page as a PDF (in your browser, choose Print, then Save as PDF) and upload it using the Upload your site reports field on the assessment form. We'll work it out for you.
