With an estimated quarter million Drupal sites now, or soon-to-be, unsupported, we think that doing some good by giving a little in-kind support to an organization that is set up to 😇 do good might also serve as a great case study for our new DrupalEasy Vital Site Upgrade Program, aka, DEVSUP.
If you are part of, or know of a deserving NGO that is struggling, either time-wise, money-wise or both, with getting its sites into Drupal 11, apply! DEVSUP is an easy, fast and cost-effective turn-key process that takes Drupal 10 and older sites from vulnerable to a fully supported Drupal 11 site for a published, up-front price.
Applications for the DEVSUP In-Kind Upgrade Contest are due no later than November 20, 2026.
One lucky non-profit will receive our AI-assisted and 🤓 human-expert-verified at every step upgrade, sometimes within 2 weeks of project start. The Drupal 11 version is the same design, and all content, users, and files are brought along. The site is also often better 👍🏻 than before, with additional automated tests, improved accessibility, and cleaner custom code. The program usually is available for small sites at our special introductory pricing starting at $2,000.
Here’s how to get your organization into the running for the no-cost contest:
Qualify
Apply if:
Your organization is a US non-profit 501(c)(3) or any non-US NGO non-profit that operates independently of any government to address social, humanitarian or environmental issues.
Your Web site falls into our Small or Medium size/cost Tier (See site/cost tiers here.)
Apply
Fill out our Assessment form no later than November 20, 2026
Start the “anything else we should know” section of the assessment form with: “NGO Inkind” and give us a brief narrative of why your organization should be selected.
Use our Assessment Helper if you can’t answer questions on the form, or answer “don’t know” if you can’t find the answer.
Our selection will be based on how well your site matches our program and how compelling a narrative you provide.
