The DCO is a 12-week comprehensive course in Drupal development that provides strong foundations in Drupal best practices through lively instruction, hands on exercises, rich learning resources and co-working lab sessions. This course is designed to help students become entry level site developers and maintainers armed with core understanding of workflows, key Drupal technologies, and how to best leverage the Drupal community.

Winter 2024 Sessions

Full: January 30 - May 2, 2024 Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12:00 - 3:30 pm ET. 

Lite: February 13 - March 28, 2024. Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12:00 - 3:30 pm ET.

Register for the Winter 2024 sessions by January 26 for the Full session, February 9 for the Lite session!

The full version of the course, includes approximately 90 hours of instruction covering modern Drupal module techniques and skills, setting up a development environment, running automated tests, and using modern code quality tools. 

The 60-hour Lite version includes a select portion of the curriculum for those who don't require the full menu of topics. PMD Lite runs concurrently with the full version of the course.
